Fractional Laser（フラクショナルレーザー） 治療の最近の知見と工夫
抄録
目的：最近、国内でもフラクショナルレーザーを使用したSkin Rejevination治療、アクネ痕治療、外傷痕治療が盛んに行われてきている。
これまでのフラクショナルレーザー治療では、IPL治療に比較してDown time を考慮する必要があったが、今回、我々は、Down timeの短縮と治療効果向上さらには患者の術後の疼痛を軽減する目的でコンビネーション治療と施術後ケアを導入し検討を加えた。
方法：Random Sprayed Beam Systemを採用したフラクショナルレーザー治療システム Sellas Evoによる治療直後にGrowth Factorを含んだ製剤であるBENEVの導入とCryocellを使用したCryoElectrophoresisによるコンビネーション治療を行った。
結果：フラクショナルレーザー治療の効果を向上させるのみならず、Down timeの短縮、施術後疼痛の軽減が得られた。
考察：創傷治療過程と最近の創傷治療理論に基づいたGrowth FactorであるBENEV GF Complexを導入するコンビネーション治療とCryoElectrophoresisを使用した術後ケアはフラクショナルレーザーの治療効果のみならず Down timeをも短縮し患者への負担を軽減する優れた手技であると考えられる。
今回、我々は、フラクショナルレーザー治療において創傷治癒過程を充分考慮した手技とシステムを使用することで効率のよい皮膚再生を促す結果が得られた。
Abstract
Objective: Skin rejuvenation and treatment for acne and trauma scars using fractional laser have recently become frequently used in Japan as elsewhere.
Fractional laser treatment has heretofore required greater consideration of downtime than intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment, but the authors implement and discuss combination therapy and postoperative care intended to shorten downtime and improve treatment effectiveness as well as reducing postoperative pain in the patient.
Method: Treatment using a Sellas EVO fractional laser treatment system employing a random sprayed beam system was followed by combination therapy implementing a Benev product containing growth factor and cryoelectrophoresis using Cryocell.
Results: Not only was the effectiveness of fractional laser treatment improved, but downtime was shortened and postoperative pain was lessened.
Findings: Combination therapy implementing a Benev GF Complex serum that contains growth factor and postoperative care using cryoelectrophoresis, based on the course of wound treatment and in keeping with recent theory on wound treatment, appears to be an excellent procedure that not only yields the treatment effectiveness of fractional laser, but also shortens downtime and alleviates patient burden.
In this instance, the authors obtained results showing promotion of highly efficient skin rejuvenation through use of a procedure and system of fractional laser treatment that give adequate consideration to the course of wound healing.
